Pro:

• It did seem that Bush had a grasp of what was happening and why.
• He gets that Kofi and the UN should be involved.
• Bush also understands that Hezbollah was pushed into this by Iran to draw fire from Iran in the upcoming UN Security Council meetings
• Barbara Bush must be just ready to slap the crap out of her son for his bad manners. (And I think W could use a good slap :))

Con:

• Bush was talking with his mouth open
• Blair sounded smarter and more statesman-like than Bush. The whole "Blair! Yo! Buddy...Wazzup?" little too fratboy for the G8 I think.
• The obvious lack of geographical knowledge displayed (see the conversation with the Chinese leader) makes the whole US look ignorant of the rest of the world
